These Terms apply when you access Montazone Click as an individual learner. By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here.
You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and lawful use.
Some features may require cookies and local storage to function.
We may update the Service to improve security and performance.
Accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian where required by law.

These Terms apply when you purchase or administer access for a team, school, non-profit, or company. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed order form or addendum, the signed document controls for that purchase.
You are responsible for authorized admins and end-user compliance.
Admins may manage users, seats, and basic account settings.

Seats & Provisioning
Seats represent the right for one end user to access the Service. Admins may invite, remove, and reassign seats subject to your plan rules.

Reassignment cadence
Unless stated otherwise, seat reassignment is permitted on a monthly cadence to reduce churn abuse while keeping flexibility for staffing changes.
Payments & Invoicing
We support credit card payments and invoicing. Purchase orders may be accepted on approval. Non-payment may result in suspension after notice.

Net terms are subject to approval and may vary by region.
Taxes
You are responsible for applicable sales/VAT unless exemption documentation is provided.

You must ensure your users comply with security and acceptable-use rules. Excessive automated traffic, credential sharing, and policy violations may result in throttling or suspension.

Compliance & Data Protection
We support common compliance workflows such as FERPA-friendly access controls and data-processing addendums upon request. You are responsible for confirming suitability for your use case.

We process end-user data to provide the Service.
Additional contractual terms may apply through a DPA.
IP & Content (Org)
The Service and all related materials are owned by Montazone Click or its licensors. Your organization receives a limited license to use the Service for internal business or educational purposes during the subscription term.
Restrictions
No reverse engineering or extracting source components.
No service bureau use without written permission.
No redistribution of course libraries beyond your org.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability (Org)
To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to fees paid for the affected Service during the twelve months preceding the claim. Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are excluded where allowed.
